Hello,
Upon form submission, user sees “undefined” above the form fields. Additionally, notification emails are not being sent, and data is not being keptt in the database.
We had this issue many months ago, and got it resolved – now it is happening again, and we have no idea how long its been this way. No way of knowing how many business inquiries have been missed because of this.
Please help.
