Settings page doesn't show saved page templates

I created a a new page template on “Woocommerce – Page Template”, I want to change single product template but when I look on “Woocommerce – Settings – Page Templates” I don’t see any saved template. I’m using Zuka theme and WPBakery 5.7 (what comes with theme)

How I can make this plugin work?
