Preview Template Editor not working properly

Hello, I purchased the WooCommerce Page Template Builder.

I created a product page template.

Then, I added a new product with the template I created… but when I tried to edit the product page (for example the description etc.) with Preview Template Editor… all I can see is the shortcodes, not the exact visual editor.

You can see from the the image I attached.
