I’ve created a form and after working for several days, we’ve begun receiving the error “Not Subscribe To Mailchimp” when attempting to sign-up. I checked in the backend and the “Mailchimp list” field just shows “select a list” but none of our lists show up in the dropdown. Everything is setup correctly and again, the form was working properly when we first set it up. What is the issue and how do we resolve it?
