My form is not working correct, after F5 is all OK

Hello, I have problem with some form parts which are working after F5 key, but before click on this key are not visible.

For example:
– I have calendar (Form DateTime) and Isnt working before click on F5 key
– I have form slider and Isnt visible before click on F5 key
