in the widget area DHWC Ajax ACF Filter widget filter by field not populated

After adding All the widgets the only one that does not work is the
DHWC Ajax ACF Filter widget
The filter by field drop down has no options.
There are currently 75 custom fields available.

We have updated the site and attempted to turn plugins on and off to find a conflict.
