Creating a "fixed" position of total price of the product

Hi, I was wondering if is it possible to create (of course as a paid service), a modified, fixed, position of the total price of the product

my current product page made with your plugin:

I’m using the plugin “WooCommerce TM Extra Product Options” to display all the options.
I’d like to have something like this:

with the Total price displayed in a fixed position on the right

It should be something like in the picture attached.
