A license was bought for us by an intermediate who set up our website. It was bought for our website (I have a purchase code), but it was not bought in my name/e-mail adress. So when I login to my envato account I do not see it as a purchased item. The only option I see if I go to CodeCanyon is to buy a new license. Is the that really the only solution?
It has taken me long enough now and I still haven’t got a clear answer. I need to fix that part of my website asap, because its not running properly at the moment. If I buy a new license, it has no end date as far as I can see. Do I get the updates indefinateley or do have have to buy a new license every time I need an update to stay compatible with other plugings?
I have dhwcpage – woo commerce page builder version 5.2.16. I went to codecanyon, but I only see a possibilty to purchase the entire plugin again. Is that what I need to do to get the newest version 5.2.23? I thought I bought a license last year including updates, do I need to re-purchase the license again every time there is an updated version of this plugin?
