I’ve added the code from the good thumbnail and the totally different code from the product thumbnail that is not working. I tried refreshing thumbnail images twice per your instructions. That did not work. Please look at your template to see if this code got changed and is causing this issue. Thank you.
That did not work. It appears you have changed the code in the template. Here is the code from the first item on our used guns page that is being displayed correctly. It is a smaller reduced size image too.
Hi, thank you for the most recent theme update, however, there is a problem. Since updating to the new theme, my product image thumbnails are not respecting my image settings of a 1:1 ratio and max size of 300px x 300px. I contacted WooCommerce to see if this was on their end, they said this problem is being caused by the theme template. WooCommerce said, “The theme is overriding the default templates for product pages as well as the product thumbnails.”
