Thanks for the wishes, I hope we can both have a nice day today by getting this sorted once and for all. It’s been a thorn in my side way too long.
in reply to: Luxury wordpress theme in shamblesLike I’ve said in my earlier post I’ve paid someone to fix all the other issues the only issue left is that I cannot edit properly with visual composer. Text seems to work fine but not images. Try editing the sales count down to understand what I am talking about.

No one can edit the home page properly or photos, the grids don’t come up. You click on the edit with visual composer button and it loads buy not properly, you can’t change the photos etc. Something is drastically wrong. Since I’ve had this theme for about a year now it has only loaded properly about 4 times. I’ve watched a million of your videos and it’s not working properly so can someone please fix it.
If you go back onto my website admin and try to edit for example the countdown sales I have try to put a photo up and see what happens. On my end no place to upload an image comes up. I’ve tried it on 3 browsers.

First Visual Composer wasn’t working because it needed to be updated on the theme then the Luxury theme I have purchased doesn’t automatically update even though I have set up an API. So my website has been offline in all of that time. I have contacted you many times to help me out with this and have supplied my login details that this problem be rectified and have received no assistance except to be told to manually download the updated version via ftp. I am not a developer and do not want to have to update this theme manually every time there is a new version so I need one of your support guys to go in and fix this on my platform/change the permissions, etc so that everything updates automatically like every other theme I’ve worked with. My site is still at Luxury WP 1.2.6. I cannot wait any longer. I need this fixed now so that I can get my website up and running.
I also get these messages.
Your theme (Luxury WP) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.

This reply has been marked as private.never mind It was called something else after download, instead of shop default 3, it is called home shop 3. It may be an idea to keep all names the same so that people like me don’t get confused.

I don’t see where the option to install it is. Isays install demo but nothing happens it just keeps installing the main demo without breaking them apart.in reply to: Category PagesSupport from my hosting company is currently working to fixing the issue with my not being able to get back in to my site. If there are issues with the luxury theme that you have downloaded once I am in there I will let you know.
