I have attached a screenshot of the fields and merge tags for the related list within MailChimp and a screen shot of the fields and labels within the form plugin.
First name, Last name and email are all working fine, I would like for mailchimp to capture the company name, email and phone number as well.
Apologies for the confusion. I am trying to pull through the company name from the form into mailchimp, In the screenshot attached to my last message this appears to be merge field MMERGE5 so I wanted to check that in the forms plugin I would name the Field MMERGE5?
Thank you that seems to be working now. However I can’t find any information on mapping the fields to mailchimps.
The settings for the list this form imports to shows some merge tags but i am not sure if these are the right field names as I am using first_name on the form but mailchimp says FNAME and it is pulling through. Do you happen to have a list of field names to use?
