Your form looks very good, so I can switch to using that one.
Some issues:
– there are 2 submit-buttons, which one of them shall I remove?
– when I send the application, I have not got a confirmation to the e-mail adress i put in the e-mail field
– I have not received the booking-information (from the “participant” that has registered) to the e-mail that I connected to the registration form
– when I don’t fill in a field correctly, the text showing up is still in english “This field is required.” Can I change this text manually, to swedish?

I have another problem, my registration form is done, but nothing happen when I press the submit-button (if I type anything wrong in the form, It reacts, but if everything is correct, the text disappeares and nothing else happen).
I want the information in the form to be sent to my e-mail, and that the person that has made the registration gets an automatic confirmation by e-mail. I also want there to be a message box on the same page as the form, when the registration has been submitted.
I have tried to fill out all the details required in the DHVC. Do you know what the problem could be?
