If your plugin can not run in sidebar zone, I think it should have been specified on the envato sales page .. We bought your plugin only for this reason! What is your refund policy?
Yes, it is this widget area. The widgets are well sticky but they go out of the sidebar area and pass over the footer and the other elements of the site to the scroll.

More and about your answer, I had seen this option, but even with 0Ms there is always an animation and always wait several seconds before the sidebar appears
