Solved it by manually updating VC form from 1.3.10 to 1.3.19. Please make auto updates or update notifications in the wp dashboard for the next VC Form version – Thanks.
Another note: I can’t ADD more recipients emails to “Add email address(es) which the submitted form data will be sent to.”
