I am having the same issue. Why doesn’t anyone respond?

These guys have pretty bad support. I am planning to switch to this plugin: https://codecanyon.net/item/custom-page-templates-new-way-of-creating-custom-templates-in-wordpress/20133287/

At least they offer much better support!!

I don’t like adding too much custom codes on my backend.
Why do I need this?
Shouldn’t it appear automatically? Or is it a problem with the Total Theme?
