I revert the theme to previous version from backup and now the display image size all haywire. I have more errors than before now. Took me nearly a month to do. The incompatibility causes too much issues. It’s extremely upsetting.
in reply to: WooCommerce Outdated / Cart & Coupon IssuesHi support,
I updated the latest theme files from themeforest but still i see the following outddated status
woow/woocommerce/content-product.php version 2.5.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.1,
woow/woocommerce/content-product_cat.php version 2.5.2 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.1,
woow/woocommerce/myaccount/my-account.php version 2.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.0,Also, the latest woocommerce has messed up my category grid display. Instead of 4 per row, now it has become 3 per row.
May I know how do I rectify this problem? Please advise. Thanks
in reply to: WooCommerce Outdated / Cart & Coupon IssuesI have the same issue. That’s the most annoying part of using WordPress. You will never stop receiving notifications to update your wordpress or plugins. The worst part is these updates might break your site. It’s like a time bomb
in reply to: WooCommerceMany thanks for all the help. Awesome theme and top notch support!
in reply to: Electric WoowThank you support. The code works!
However, I just realized that style 2 is not responsive like style 5. The pictures are not as fluid as they don’t fit well on smaller screens (refer to attached pics). Is it due to wrong setting? How do I rectify this problem?
Also, the favicon icon in theme options doesn’t seem to be working.
Need your advice.

in reply to: Electric WoowThis reply has been marked as private.in reply to: Electric WoowMany thanks for helping. I am having trouble accessing ‘custom code’ in theme options after updating wordpress to latest version 4.5.2. It seems like the latest WP have messed up the woow theme. I added the code you provided in ‘Appearance’ -> ‘Editor’ and it works.
I will send you the admin details shortly. It would be good if you can help me check why the font size is so much bigger than your demo. I need to know how I can resize to a much smaller font size as I will need to redo the entire theme once I have learned how to setup.
in reply to: Electric WoowThank you for your assistance. I encountered further issues. Please help
1) I need to resize the font titles as show in one of the pictures attached. It’s simply too big and I can’t find a separate option to resize it.
2) I need to remove the ugly breadcrumb on shop categories page
3) I enabled the filter feature in theme option but it is not working. May I know why is that so? It point to “…/#” when I mouse-over filter button. Is there something I do wrong?
Please advise. Thanks

in reply to: Electric WoowHi support, I installed the new update v1.7. The product masonry issue is still there.
in reply to: Product Masonry & Product Variation issuesThank you for all the help. Great support!
in reply to: Product Masonry & Product Variation issuesThanks for offering help. I have closed the other thread as it’s duplicated.
After I saw your reply, I tested it on another PC (win 10, all brow) and the sticky menu is working. I am not sure what exactly went wrong. Something could be blocking the stick menu from showing. I m using the same IE version as you.
The problem with product variation is intermittent. I m not sure if it’s a glitch, but I found a way to work around the issue.
As for the product Mansonry (issue 2), I really hope you can fix this problem asap as it is quite crucial. I will wait for your new theme update.
in reply to: Product Masonry & Product Variation issuesThanks for offering help. Great support as usual.
