Hi support,
All of a sudden my slider revo doesn’t load at all. I have tried all possibilities but it doesn’t work. I tried the older version too, it doesn’t work too. Don’t understand why all of a sudden it stops loading. What could be the reasons?
Need advice pls. Thanks
in reply to: Slider RevolutionUnderstood. Thanks Junnie!
in reply to: Slider RevolutionThank you, support! No worries, it’s fine now. I found another caching plugin ‘WP Fastest Cache’ which is a lot simpler, easy to use, tested with newest wordpress version 4.6, and so far it is quite good. Not going back to W3 Total Cache as the developer has gone missing and the plugin has been outdated for a long time.
With the use of CDN and plugins, site passes the speed test with flying colors. The load time goes under 2 seconds, and TTFB (first byte) is around 0.235s. I am happy about it.
in reply to: Site Loading TImeSorry to hijack this thread.
W3 Total Cache plugin used to be really good before upgrading wordpress 4.6. It totally broke my shopping cart. Something went wrong with the caching and I had to uninstall and remove it. I am not sure if I am the only one who is experiencing this.

in reply to: PHP Warning errorGreat! That’s exactly what I m looking for. I will try it later. Thank you!
in reply to: Modal login vs Normal login & H1 TagHi support, I tried using the modal login on the test site, it works but it still leads me to WP Login function and not the WooCommerce login. If that’s how the modal login works, it doesn’t really matter. We can leave the problem alone. What I really want is the WooCommerce account login/register function.
in reply to: Modal login vs Normal login & H1 TagHi support, thanks for your prompt response
I m not using the test site anymore
The actual site have the correct latest version. I inspected the code and it’s correct. It has rel=”loginModal” but I dunno why the modal login won’t work.
Is it because I have removed the modal login code in /wp-content/themes/woow/header/center.php? Does it matter?
in reply to: Modal login vs Normal login & H1 TagOic, thank you! That would explain everything as the previous “my-account.php” was left alone when i replaced the files via FTP. So if I don’t remove it, it will always show as outdated.
Thanks support! Problem should be solved now.
in reply to: Out of date WooCommerce templatesThat’s exactly what I did. I m using the latest release version (24 Aug 2016). I upgrade via FTP.
The woow files I downloaded from Envato does not contain my-account.php in woow/woocommerce/myaccount folder. Can u please check?
U didn’t really answer my question (2) regarding the difference in code
in reply to: Out of date WooCommerce templatesHi there, just upgraded to the latest version (24 Aug 2016). The setting “Link Relationship (XFN)” (loginModal) is still not working?
in reply to: Modal login vs Normal login & H1 TagHi support,
I just upgraded to the latest Woow version released on 24 Aug 2016. It solved all the outdated version except for ‘my-account.php’ is still outdated. I tried out a few things and I have a few questions:
(1) I removed ‘my-account.php’ from wp-content/themes/woow/woocommerce/myaccount and the website is still working as per normal. This makes me think if this file is necessary? (see attached – system without my-account.php file)
(2) I followed the instruction to fix outdated woocommerce templates at: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fix-outdated-templates-woocommerce/. According to the instruction, I copied the default template ‘my-account.php’ from wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/myaccount/ and replace the file in theme folder at: wp-content/themes/woow/woocommerce/myaccount/. It solved the outdated issue, but the coding in file are somewhat different. Please refer to attached screenshots (code-1 & code-2). The shorter code is extracted from the default template.
It seems like either way the site still works as per normal. Please advise

One more issue to go. According to the document, I added “loginModal” but it doesn’t work. Any idea why is that so?
