in reply to: iPhone / Safari rendering issuesHi Junnie,
I discovered another issue in Revolution Slider that will cause ‘500 Internal Server Error’. Whenever I turn on any option in Navigation under slider setting, it will give a 500 Internal Server Error. Again, I don’t know why. I tried using the previous method, it doesn’t work this time. By adding permission 755 to revslider folder and its sub-folders doesn’t help as well.
I think I will just leave this problem be for now, as I have wasted too much time on this plugin. I will come back to you again if I need your help on this feature. However, please do let me know if you have the answer right away. Thank you
in reply to: Revolution Slider 500 Internal Server ErrorHi Junnie,
Thanks for offering help. I managed to solve the issue but I am not really sure what happened. Everything works fine after I did the following:
1) Rename .htaccess
2) Delete existing slider
3) Create a new slider with a different name and alias.
(It doesn’t work if I use the same old silder name, the problem will come back).
4) Go to page, and change shortcode to new slider name.
I will come back to you if i bump into any issues again. Thank you 🙂
in reply to: Revolution Slider 500 Internal Server ErrorHi support,
Kindly ignore my question above. I found out the culprit causing the images not to show. It was one of the features in CDN that prevented the jscripts from parsing. Everything work now when the feature is disabled.
I will update theme and plugins to latest version since there’s no problem. Hopefully they are compatible. I will let u know if there’s any issues. Thank you.
in reply to: Images not showingHi Junnie, I found the file in a different directory under a different file name. I have made some amendment based on your ‘page-lookbook.php’. Added a few codes and now it seems it’s working. Thanks a lot.
in reply to: Lookbooks SliderThanks for your reply.
I don’t really understand. Btw, I am using woow theme not dmcs.
I don’t see any page-lookbook.php in wp-content/themes/woow
Kindly advise. Thank you
in reply to: Lookbooks SliderHi support,
Sorry got stuck in lookbook again.
Is there a way to redirect or change the link of “Shop Now” to go to Categories instead of lookbook?
in reply to: Lookbooks SliderNo worries, Junnie
Thanks for the screenshot guide. I will try it out later.
Happy holidays and all the best in coming new year 2017 🙂
in reply to: Lookbooks SliderThanks Junnie. That’s great!
