I think you misunderstood. I know the Product Count is 0. The problem is that there is a sidebar on the page. I want it to display an empty page without the sidebar because i want to build a New page With its own sidebar, not the default category sidebar.
On the Demo it shows that when you create a New template for a category, the URL for this page is not in the product-category but the shop root folder. Look at the Attached images
