One quick thing. I created a folder in my child theme that had the path
/wp-content/themes/dt-the7-child/dhvc-woocommerce/includes
and the put the functions.php file in that includes folder so that it wouldn’t override the change when the plugin updated but it didn’t work?
I had to put it in the actual plugin includes folder as you showed.
Did i do something wrong when trying to add to the child theme?

Yes I understand how that works but as per my original message I wanted to see if there was a way to show all of the page numbers not just the first 2 and then ….. till the last one.
So if i have 8 pages it shows 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 instead of 1,2…..7,8
