I have a problem with wp bakery. there’s an error each time it tries to update. I bought an licence from wp bakery and activated it. but i’m still not working properly. I am using the loja theme on the homepage there is a product sales countdown that can only be seen on the backend. when you try to link the products for the countdown it cannot find any of my products. can you help me fix this issue?
Not sure if the this is where you submit a ticket. but i’m looking for a way that I can manually arrange the products that show up in my homepages product category. I tired arranging by going to my dash board and choosing products and sorting them in their category folder. it does not translate to the products on my homepage. how do i manually arrange the order?
