Your link is not relevant to the issue. The video relates to creating single product pages in Visual Composer. I am not using visual composer and I’m not creating single product pages.
I have installed DHVC Woocommerce Products Layout. I want to list featured products in a grid or masonary layout on the landing page.
The short codes that generate if I choose query options Upsells, Cross sells or related product, the shortcode throws the error I described originally.
There is no description of what many of the options do in this plugin and the short-codes just trash the page formatting.
Can you help to get it working properly or refund my purchase price because this does not do what it says it will on the sales website.
