It’s on there. It’s on my theme style sheet at the very bottom.
I added the css and regenerated the thumbnails. They are still the same.
I changed it. It’s set to 200×200.

I’m having the same issue.
I’ve changed it in WooCommerce, in the short code, and I even ran a regenerate on the thumbnails. Still no change, just a pixelated image.
