So I have updated the WOOW theme to the latest version 1.1.57 from Themeforest and then updated my two plugins WP Bakery Page Builder (to 6.4.2) and Sitesaocore (to 1.1.54) and WP Bakery still not works properly… 🙁
It is impossible to replace/select any products from the list and so I can not change the merchandising of my products on my front page. I screenshoted the the window that displays when I try to modify products, as you can see in attachment.
Can you help me again to resolve the problem ?
Hello, I have made once again the test of diactivating all the plugins except WP Bakery builder and then reactivate one by on each plugin.
In fact Bakery builder works perfectly when DHSlide is activated and when every plugins are activated except your plugin “Sitesao core”.
I believe there must be a conflict/ problem in your plugin so that the last version of WP Bakery does not work properly.
Could you please help me to resolve this problem ?

I am almost sure that the problem comes from the plugin “Sitesao core”.
I have switched my theme with a default one from WordPress, and the order process works which means that my Woocommerce and Stripe payment plugins work well. Then I have deactivated and reactivated one by one all my plugins, and an “Error 500- internal server error” appears only when I re-activate the plugin “Site sao core”.
The “Error 500” started to appear today, so I made sure to check every other potentiel source of this problem : I have upgraded my PHP memory limit, I checked the .htaccess file, etc.
The plugin PHP check Compatibility which I have installed, indicated me an error on the plugin “sitesao core” as you can see on my screenshots as attachment.
Can you please resolve the error that is present in my “sitesao core” code ?
