hi
i have used check box and radio button and i am getting the same problem
whan i am chacking checkbox/radio button the whole site disapeare
try it yourself pls..

Try to click and check the checkbox
Whan you do the whole form disappere
And yes i want to remove the edit form

look at att file, you can see both isues in it
and you can get to the post and editing it from the links of the last post
