yes, user error + lack of form validations created the problem.
Spaces seemingly are allowed when naming selects, but not text fields.
Maybe sort out your validations… but yes, its working for me now.
Really? Zero instructions that this is necessary, no validation when its wrong and 4 days to provide support?
