You are not reading my post very well, you are not listening at all to what my problem is. I’ve dropped this theme and am going with something else, a theme where support actually cares about helping. thanks for bad support and week long waits for answers!
in reply to: Incorrect Image CroppingHi, ok so since you have ignored this post for several days I am assuming you either don’t care or have no clue what the real answer is. You should not be a support tech if you don’t have any clue what you are doing. Thanks for reminding me that SHITTY SUPPORT MAKES AZA SHITTY THEME. The designers did a good job making this them but you ruin it with SHIT SUPPORT! Guess Im gonna request a refund now. If you can’t answer real problems then Im dropping this theme. Find a different job if you suck so bad at this one.

You must be logged in to view attached files.in reply to: Product Galleryunfortunately that isnt the correct resolution, I dont feel you tested the issue enough, it happens on simple products as well (I dont know what that product is even set at variable product). See my screenshots.
Even if I switched to variable, and checkmarked that and switched back to simple product, that does not solve my problem. Please switch to simple product and look again, the issue is not resolved.

It should open in a popup window larger but does not.
in reply to: Product GalleryThis reply has been marked as private.in reply to: Product GalleryI think I may have figured out the problem. I have 100+ categories showing on the home page but no products are assigned to them. I think the grid customization only sees categories that are in use. I added a product to a category then went back to the visual editor on the home page and opened up the product categories grid and I was able to see that one category. So I think you may have to have products assigned to a category before the visual editor category grid recognizes them.
I will test more later so please leave this thread open for a little longer. thanks!
