Please, could you help me to resolve the issue as soon as possible?
It’s been almost 2 weeks that I bought the plugging and have issue with it (first, it’s not working and I can’t use it, secondly it’s creating a fatal error according to the app that check the health of my website).
I don’t know how to create an admin access (as you asked me) without your email info required by WordPress to do so.
Please, could we talk soon to resolve the issue by the end of the week, I really need to go forward with that.

I realized all the info are in french but let me know if you need me to translate, basically it says on the image “no possible to publish”. The installation seems correctly done though, so I don’t know what goes wrong. Thank you for your help.
