I have activated the newest theme and Sitesao core is updated to the newest version. However, I still can’t update Visual Composer. So my initial problem is still not resolved. Initial problem is that when I go to any product/post, when I switch to VC backend editor it shows like it is empty. Do you know what the problem is with updating VC or why I backend VC editor is empty?
Hi I need to reopen this thread, because I’m not able to update VC composer and it doesn’t work good in my website.
When I try to update it in appearance/update plugins, I get this: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.
This never happened before with none of the plugins.
So basically when I see that the new version of the original Visual Composer is online, I will not be able to install it and I need to wait that you release a new version, right?
hi, I have the same problem from as above. I don’t see any updates available. Can you please let me know why is that the case? I can’t see update on plugins as well as on appearance/install plugins.
