Regarding the new version 1.12.16 Luxury Theme Download, when I try and extract the dowloaded file “themeforest-14326053-luxury-responsive-wordpress-theme (1).zip” from themeforest, I get the following error message:
Extracting luxury-package\luxury-wp-child.zip
Extracting luxury-package\luxury-wp.zip
Error code: -2146232800
Error description: API not foundI’m unable to extract the luxury.zip file from the folder.

in reply to: Additional Info and Review Tab not workingI’ve solved the issue, just deactivated a sequence of plugins and found it was WP Rich Snippets causing the issue.

Thank you for looking at this one. I will make sure to double check when all plugins are added on all internet browsers. Unfortunately though, the Autoptimize plugin really improved my site speed. The site speed is not good otherwise, I have a greater than 10secs load time which is disappointing.
The Revolution Slider seems to cause quite a few conflicts and from the screen shot below, there are some inconsistent URL’s associated with it.
I really don’t want to have to re-design my website without the revolution slider. Do you have any other suggestions?

Please can you look at this issue with the Theme in that the Additional Tab and Review Tabs are no longer working.

in reply to: Problems with IE11I’ve noticed this custom CSS code in Theme options which I hadn’t noticed before. Looks like it’s something to do with the problem. I’ve removed the code and looked to see if it makes any difference but still the same problem so I’ve put it back in it’s original location.

When a customer clicks on that link for a product item, they cannot access the tabs:

I’ve tried on multiple different devices both Windows based and Apple based as well as tablets, computers or smart phones.
This problem has only recently occurred. These tabs have been perfectly functional since I first bought the theme.
You can access these tabs when I look at my site from within my WordPress Admin backend however.
I have made no changes to the coding of my site so am very bemused as to why they have stopped functioning.
It appears to be same problem on all my product pages.

This problem has occured again in the IE11 Internet Browser. The Revolution Slider on the home page and product images in the shopping pages are no longer showing.
I wonder if whatever you did to resolve this had an impact on the other issues my website is facing at the moment?
Can you please investigate.
