In other words, I can see that a file was uploaded in the email results, but no file is attached to the email or any kind of link to the file supplied.

I really need a fix for this right away. the client made me make the form live!

Sorry – I just noticed that under UPLOADED that it shows the JPG file that was uploaded, but it is not attached to the email. Is there a special place in the plugin backend where the file is held?

Hi there – It’s true, I did turn on the Ajax feature, but I did that after I was still having trouble with the form upload.

I turned it on to see if it would make a difference. Of course, it does not.

I have now turned it off, but still no file upload. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

The following is the result of my latest test:

Name: Dave
Phone: 000-000-0000
Email: [email protected]
Message: Test00001
Upload:
Uploaded: Murray.jpg

2015/06/15 16:14

Any further ideas on what might be wrong?

Thank you! I was finally able to get into that to fix it. I sometimes mistake that field for the LABEL field – oops!

Thanks for setting me straight on that!

Unfortunately, that still hasn’t fixed the problem – the attachment is still not coming through with the rest of the email.

Here is what the email shows up like:

Name: Dave
Phone: 000-000-0000
Email: [email protected]
Message: Test
Upload:
Uploaded:
:
2015/06/11 17:54

So still no attachment, as you can see.

I was also wondering if it is possible to change the confirmation message that appears below the form to white text rather than black?
