It looks like you are using WP Review Pro plugin instead of woocommerce default review function. Currently this plugin overwrites the “woocommerce_template_single_rating” function of woocommerce, and it doesn’t display count rating on single product page. http://prntscr.com/m3q69p

I have some confusion during the code editing process. -> Your site currently has an HTTP 500 error.
You can go to the shortcode.php file (/ plugins/dhvc-woocommerce-page /includes), find to the function “dhvc_woo_product_page_rating_shortcode” and do like the attachment. Later, please reload your site and check again.

I have checked your website, there seems to be a conflict between your website and our plugin.
Your theme has customized the layout for the single product page.
Currently shortcode “WC Single Product Image” will take the content from the product-image.php file (/ themes / your_theme / woocommerce / single-product /), but because your theme has customized and overwritten this file with other a files -> image cannot be displayed.
