I checked your site. You are using The DMCS theme not WOOW theme. In The DMCS theme. We only support change thumbnail image.

If you want to change this image. Please go to wp-content/themes/dmcs/assets/images/and change header-bg.jpg imge

Yet, name’ image have to header-bg.jpg
