If you want to obtain a nice design, you will need to resize images before uploading. Please make sure that before you upload, images will have the same size.

I checked your site. Your admin account does not have permission to upload files. Therefore you can not resize images with the plugin above. Please ask your hosting provider about this problem, they should be able to resolve it
