It seems the single product page has been customized from Bridge theme.
To display the product title have been build from the Product Template, you can use these CSS lines:
.woocommerce .dhvc-woocommerce-page.product h1.product_title{
display: block;
text-align: center;
}
.single-product .title.title_size_medium h1{
display: none;

May be due to the new editors of wordpress 5. (gutenberg)

This is possible. You can use the child theme and custom the header, you can add anything that you want.
I activated the Child theme and custom the center.php file (/themes/luxurt-wp-child/header/). Currently, you can add the link for image in here: http://prntscr.com/lw3yds
If you want to add the banner Sarah TripAdvisor on right header, please send me the banner image and the link. I will help you add.
