I have replicated the same code in the function.php file on our live site with shopkeeper theme and it is not working. So I will like to know the changes you made in the testsite.

I can see it working. Can you please tell me what changes you made. This is so I can replicate this on our other site that uses the same theme (shopkeeper).
I am a web developer so I am capable of making any changes without breaking the website
