OK, I understand. Thank you. The new update did indeed fix the problem. But I have a new question. How do I custom sort the order in which I want my products to appear? I don’t want to sort them alphabetically or by price; I want to have them listed in the order I add them to the shortcode builder. Is there a way to do this?
I’m confused. I have the product called DHVC Woocommerce Products Layouts. In your first post, you told me to update Woocommerce Products Layouts plugin to latest version 2.2.20 from CodeCanyon. I have v. 2.2.9 of that. In your second post, you told me to delete DHVC Wooommerce Shortcode plugin old version, then download and install DHVC Wooommerce Shortcode plugin latest version. Are we talking about two different products? One called Products Layouts and one called Shortcode?
