Thanks for your help. There is an error with Youtube Embed. There is a setting in the user profile to disable the visual editor.

I think they may disable the visual editor. I have put in a support request with them to confirm because I cannot find any info on it.

in reply to: Where are Setup InstructionsPlease forgive me, but I don’t trust you enough to give you admin privileges. I can send you screenshots, send a list of other plugins I’m using, and/or temporarily disable any of them, and/or change other WP or Woocommerce settings to diagnose.
Believe me, though… Your plugin button is not present in my tinymce editor. I sent a screenshot in a previous post showing it. My tinymce editor does look pretty basic compared to others I’ve used in the past. Could there be a problem specifically here? But, other plugins have added buttons, so maybe not.
I run Wordfence and it reports on WP system files that are changed from stock. I do not get any alerts for file differences.
Please be advised, I have initiated the process with Envato for a refund. If the only way you can help me is by getting admin privileges, then please Authorize the refund. If you can get your plugin working without admin privileges, I am willingto give it a try.
in reply to: Where are Setup InstructionsToday I found this in Woocommerce setting, no thanks to your setup instructions… When I checked the box, it broke my shopping cart. If you can’t either provide setup instructions, or at least explain to me how to activate this plugin, I want my money back.
