Hello – I tried the code you sent – but it does not take the submit button away completely. Can you advise on how I completely hide the submit button? Maybe alter something in the plugin code?
Ok, I guess you cannot see the website link as maybe our server is blocking your country. You could always try viewing our website from a UK proxy.
Anyway, please just message me here with instruction to my two questions, as you should not need to see a live form to let me know how do to these modifications.

How can we hide the SUBMIT button on our form (as we wish to make an action from the fourth field-select box instead). Please see attached image for visual. We do not want the submit button to appear at all.
2: Custom URL for Form Select
Also, in the form select box (4th box) – How do we make this so that when someone selects one of the three options, the form re-directs to a custom URL – there will be three different URL’s for the three different fields.
