Form is working now. I changed the Successful submit redirect setting from “URL” to “Page”.

Hi Sitesao,

I’ve updated DHVC to v 1.3.19 but am having the same problem. The form isn’t saving to WordPress or sending to email. The page just goes blank on submission.

The launch date for this site is Monday, January 4. Do you think the issue could be solved by then?
