Thanks! Love the plugin so far. I have looked for months to find the right sidebar plugin and none of them come close to this one! And yes, there were some customizations I was interested in having done eventually. I can follow up soon with the details.
Thanks again
in reply to: Filter Widget IssuesWow, you’re the best! Thank you so much! How much for the fee?
in reply to: Filter Widget IssuesHello! I am interested in a change to the checkboxes on the sidebar filter and would like to know what the fee would be. I would like to change the rounded square shape to a perfect square (see attachment).
Thanks!

in reply to: Filter Widget IssuesJust updated. Notice is the screenshots, the same option “Only show children of the current category” is checked for both widgets. But the DHWC category widget does not correctly show the categories, like the Woocommerce Product Categories widget.

This plugin is pointless for me if I cannot filter categories properly. The category widget should at default show parent categories with children products. This is getting extremely frustrating.

But the category only shows in the sidebar if that category has products. If the category has a subcategory, it will not show; even if that subcategory has products.
Many of my parent categories have children categories with products. So their parent categories do not show in the sidebar.
in reply to: Filter Widget IssuesI have noticed that the parent category only shows in the sidebar when there are products in that category, and not when there are children categories. For example, on the shop page:
Category > Products (this category will show in sidebar)
Category > Subcategory (this category will not show in sidebar)
Category > Subcategory > Products (this category will not show in sidebar)Is there a way to make the category filter on the sidebar work like the default WordPress category filter? The default WordPress category filter widget worked well.
in reply to: Filter Widget IssuesHmm, perhaps I may have a plugin conflict. Not sure. Still showing the exact same; even after purging cache.
in reply to: Filter Widget IssuesThis reply has been marked as private.in reply to: Filter Widget IssuesI know. But here in the Lighting category https://industrialdepotinc.com/department/lighting/, I have children categories Light Bulbs and Light Fixtures. Only Light Bulbs children category is showing. And on the shop page https://industrialdepotinc.com/shop/, only 3 out of 10 parent categories are showing. It’s suppose to show all 10 parent categories.
🙁 Hopefully we can get this figured out.
Thanks
in reply to: Filter Widget IssuesThanks again. I just updated that plugin. Do you know why it not showing all categories https://industrialdepotinc.com/shop/ and also here https://industrialdepotinc.com/department/lighting/ (only shows Light Bulbs category)
Regards
in reply to: Filter Widget IssuesHello,
I would like to show children categories when inside a top level category (instead of all categories showing).
Also, if you go here https://industrialdepotinc.com/shop/ you can see too many categories are showing in the widget. It should only show top categories (Lift Equipment, Cleaning & Janitorial, Electrical & Test Equipment, etc.)
I have attached a screenshot of the standard option I use for the default WordPress Product Categories widget.
Thanks for your help!

1. I did want to know, for the DHWC Ajax Product Categories Filter, is there a way to Only show children of the current category?
2. I am getting this double arrow that shows on my Default Sorting options tab.
