I am experiencing the same error.
I didn’t get anything back from Printful that was useful. So I deleted your plugin and reinstalled it and now I am able to sync with my Printful store.
So I am all good now.

Just for clarification on the problem.
I deactivated Woo Detail Product Page Builder plugin and the sync then WORKED.
Creating a product that did NOT use a custom template created with Woo Detail Product Page Builder the sync does NOT work.
