The last time you helped me we created some checkboxes for group interests and a check box for opt-in. I no longer need the opt-in and the checkboxes are now two instead of four. I tried putting them in there as hidden but it’s still giving me the same error.

I have two forms one is short for the mailing list (front page and landing pages) the other is longer for people who want to be contacted right now (on my contact page). I changed the first and last field names to first_name and last_name as you suggested.
