Hello,
Thanks for your reply. I think I have got the shortcodes to work. And the plugin developer of the shortcodes that are affected is helping me with the one that is breaking the page.
If I need further help, I will get in touch.
Thanks again,

Thanks so much!
Cheers,
SarahThanks a lot. That is helpful, but could you please let me know how to remove the recommended products that are generated by the plugin itself?
(There are two Recommended products sections showing now) – https://littlesnail.com.au/shop/grand-family-tiny-blanche-deer-moulin-roty/
If I update visibility options to make the plugin-generated recommended products invisible both sections become invisible.
Sorry to be a pain. Could you please help?
Thanks for your help.
Cheers,
SarahDoes it make sense now?
Please let me know if you need a further explanation!
Cheers,
SarahHello,
Thanks for your message and sorry for your misunderstanding.
The ‘You may also like’ section is generated by a plugin. When I try to build my custom product template it doesn’t seem possible to add a section AFTER ‘You may also like’, because it is generated ‘After tabs’ and I can’t add the section with WP_Bakery. Anything that I add to my page template will display BEFORE ‘You may also like.’
The settings for the Recommended Products section are set to be ‘After tabs’, but I need to add another section AFTER ‘You may also like’, in my custom product template.
Does it make sense?
Thank you!
SarahHello again,
That section is generated by a Recommended Products plugin that allows us to display products according to certain rules – popularity, conversion rate etc.
Thanks again.
SarahYes, that’s it – it is the ‘You may also like’ section.
Thank you,
SarahHello,
Yes, sure. Thank you.
It is at the bottom of this page (above the footer and above footer widgets)
Cheers,
SarahThanks so much!
That is awesome!
I am so happy 🙂
Thanks again.in reply to: Display theme product data and widgetsThank you,
I am sorry, but I do not understand.
What do you need from me?
Is the default theme Shoptimizer? Thanks so much for that! You are amazing 😉
Sorry to be a pain, but there are two additional elements that are part of the Shoptimizer theme, that I would like to be able to display in the future. (I wasn’t sure if it was possible before)
Is it possible to display these items IF they have been enabled in the Shoptimizer theme options?
The two elements are:
– the red arrow showing the reduction in sale price (-18%) – should only display when item on sale
– the countdown timer on that page – I would like to be able to configure the options using the Shoptimizer CommerceKit settings. Is it possible?
Thanks again for your amazing support. I will be giving the plugin 5 stars if there is a place to rate it. (Please let me know)
I thought it would be easier to ask you about these things now, rather than go through the whole process again later – while you already have log-in details.
But if you have a piece of code that you want me to add to functions.php I can do that.
Thanks so much again! I am so happy I bought your plugin.
