I don’t have that data anymore. I restored an old version of the data that had 105 rows before saving the version that had 112 rows. Since there is no saved version with 112 rows, I cannot use it.
Please just tell me if there is a way to recover the data through email logs or something.in reply to: URGENT: Lost Form DataI do not have multiple versions of the database, just the one. There is no “old data” and “new database”. Here is a log of the activity so you can see how the entries were lost:
4/25 9:56 AM Backup created by system, 105 rows of form entries in database
Throughout the day of 4/25: 7 entries put in dhvc form, 112 rows of form entries in database
4/26 ~6:30 AM, I restore site to 4/24 6:47 backup to attempt to resolve a different issue WITHOUT SAVING THE EXISTENT FORM DATA (and thus lose all entries put into the form after 9:56 am on 4/25)
4/26 ~6:40 AM, I restore site to 4/25 9:56 am backup, there are 105 rows of form entries in database
4/26 6:47 AM I create new backup with the 105 rows of form entries in database
4/26 9:25 AM Backup created by system, still 105 rows of form entries in databasePlease let me know if there is a way to pull the 7 entries that were lost between the 4/25 and 4/26 backups using the auto reply and forward emails
in reply to: URGENT: Lost Form DataThe entries are missing because the site was restored to an earlier version, which also restored the database to an earlier version, before the 7 entries were entered. However, the form was set up to send an auto-reply to form submitters and also email each form submission to my client (although he has only received about 1 in 20 of the emails). Is there a way to pull a log of emails that were sent, and get the entries that way?
