As an update, i’m not sure if this is a known but but you cannot put multiple elements into the form field box when doing conditional logic. For example, if I want to show multiple fields if someone hits a ‘yes’ choice on a radio button, each individual field needs to be listed out in the conditional logic. The conditional logic example that is displayed in the settings panels says Element(s) name but it doesn’t work if multiple fields are listed in this box. They each have to be added individually to show or hide them.
