Let me try to improve the Problem description:
– The issue on the mobile device is not the form itself and if all information’s are filled correctly, it works.
– The problem we have is if the mandatory field isn’t filled correctly, the sender doesn’t get any notification that there is something wrong.
– On the Desktop, the browser jumps back to the mandatory field where corrections are required and the customer know that he need to change the entry.
Success criteria:
– if a mandatory field isn’t correct filled on a mobile device, the mobile version jumps back to the mandatory field which require correction to alert the user that information’s are wrong.
