Hi,
I still have a non-working, highly defective product. I cannot deactivate my plugin from the admin panel, nor can I even access the plugin from the admin panel to make an CSS edits. I need you to log into my admin account and handle this– https://www.gatedcommunity.com/wp-admin/. The login username and password were supplied earlier in the thread. I need this resolved as quickly as possible. I’m about to contact Envato and seek a refund
Damian
in reply to: This Plugin is Literally Melting Down on Our SiteI moved the form up a directory because it’s not letting me disable it through the CLI. I saw you added an update. I’m going to update the plugin, & add the CSS. Should that do the trick for the rest?
Thanks again, and sorry about the trouble
in reply to: This Plugin is Literally Melting Down on Our SiteHow do we login to add the custom CSS? I can’t login at all because there isn’t a “username” field anymore. It won’t allow us to login with just the email and password, which is how it is appearing on the site. Do you understand?
in reply to: This Plugin is Literally Melting Down on Our SiteWe didn’t delete the field name . . We merely added an email address. It deleted on its own for some reason. How do we fix this?
in reply to: This Plugin is Literally Melting Down on Our SiteChecked with DreamHost; I am sure now that the username, email, & password I provided in my last post are correct. So it’s a form plugin error which isn’t letting us access our admin page. Thus, at the moment, we cannot access our admin page at all. We are completely locked out.
