Only in the sub-navigation (attachement) – the ACTIVE font, should be blue (now it is white of white) – where can I fix this specialy?

But when I scroll down, the header color stay grey (like on the startsite) – I would like to have the header like on your site in white – when your scroll down – how can I fix?
