I could not wait any longer so i restored a backup of my site to an old version were it was working.
Im gonna explain better what was happening.
I had to update woocommerce and my theme was asking me to update, the theme is AVADA , so i installed the new visual composer but your plugin was saying it was not installed, do you know why? is this a common error?
I had wpbakery installed when your plugin was working fine, but when i updated to visual composer it stoped working
Strange, it does not show any error.
Could you try another browser? or maybe a vpn?
Maybe is the region you are in. My server is on usa from godaddy.
